Join us for a special virtual meetup on Aortic Dissection Awareness Day! Our hosts, Jill Valer and Lisa IIiadis, are both aortic dissection survivors who were later diagnosed with underlying genetic aortic disorders through genetic testing. Thanks to their diagnosis, their family members were screened, and genetic conditions were discovered. Understanding the critical importance of timely diagnosis is key to identifying an aortic dissection in an emergency and ensuring proper screening for genetic aortic disorders to enable ongoing specialist care. Let’s explore these topics together in a welcoming community space. Join us on September 19th at 7 PM ET!
