AIL (American Income Life) was founded in 1951 by Bernard Rapoport with only $25,000 of borrowed capital and grew to become a multimillion dollar firm. In 1994 AIL was acquired by Globe Life Inc (Torchmark Corporation back then) for just over $560 Million Dollars at this Bernard retired as Founder of AIL and dedicated the rest of his life to philanthropy through his foundation. Since its inception, AIL has grown to become a leader in the Life Insurance Industry across North America and New Zealand. With over 8000 representatives working through its Agency Division, with over 250 agency offices and satellites offices across three countries, AIL has achieved stardom in the Life Insurance Industry.
