Some travel may be required (up to 20%) to meet customers and suppliers. 🎯 Who We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced sales leader with a background in Process & Instrumentation products and services. If you have a track record of success in sales, strong business acumen, and leadership capabilities, we want to hear from you! Candidates with experience in electrical distribution or manufacturing are preferred, but those with strong transferable skills will be considered. 💼 Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue ✔ Build trusted relationships with key customers and business partners ✔ Mentor and support the sales team, helping them achieve targets ✔ Identify market opportunities and develop new customer relationships ✔ Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing strategic recommendations ✔ Coordinate supplier training and ensure product knowledge excellence 📋 Qualifications 🔹 5+ years of sales experience in Process & Instrumentation products/services 🔹 Proven sales success in the electrical industry (distributor or manufacturer) 🔹 Supervisory or mentorship experience 🔹 Strong communication skills and business acumen 🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills 🔹 Ability to travel (up to 20%) with reliable transportation 🔹 A technical degree or diploma is an asset but not required 💰 Compensation & Benefits 💲 Salary: $85K – $125K CAD + performance incentives 🚗 Travel allowances for client meetings 📚 Professional development and training opportunities 🏥 Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Ready to take the next step in your career?
