Thanks to Ellen Bensky, Marilyn Melnick, and Turner Fleischer, we had the honour to invite Peter Salerno from Green and Spiegel, one of the top immigration law firms in Toronto, to speak about the Canadian Immigration 101 and the latest changes. This session intended to provide further support and guidance for our Studio Members who are currently working towards a permanent status and a way to stay in Canada. Immigrating to Canada has not gotten easy with the Pandemic and the latest updates from the government regarding immigration policies. With that, the uncertainty of if and when individuals can become #NewcomerToCanada rises and so does the mental stress and complexity of working through the processes. As I have gone through the immigration process just like many others in the Studio, we know how difficult this time and transition can be. That is why I am truly grateful for the space we were able to create for Studio Members to learn and bond together over the same experience. With that, we are keeping all fingers crossed for everyone currently going through uncertain times that everything will fall into place sooner than later. #TurnerFleischer #TFCulture
