After a successful ADP, DF Architecture | Group 161 is thrilled to announce receiving of the third reading on a 36-storey high-rise development called ‘The Sequoia’. This development is located in the heart of Surrey city center, consisting of 386 residential units and a daycare facility. A direct connection to the West Village Park and retention of the giant Sequoia Tree is what makes this development truly unique. Over the past year, we had a fantastic time designing this project in collaboration with Perry + Associates and ML Emporio Properties, and we are looking forward to the next phase of this exciting development.
