If you know Hartmann, you know Hartmann cares ❤️ Last week the team at our Rolla, Missouri plant participated in the 29th Annual "Take-a-Stand Against Child Abuse” event hosted by Phelps County Bank. Our team members ran 1 of 50+ lemonade stands across the county dedicated to raising money for local children in need. 🍋 Hartmann team members raised over $500 with the help of their kids! We love the communities we are a part of and always aim to support them however we can. THANK YOU to all who came out and showed support! 🙌 #givingback #community #takeastand

President & CEO at American Egg Board

Easter isn't just a holiday—it's a celebration of joy and community with eggs at the center of our favorite traditions. But why, you ask, am I writing about Easter in June?  After a thorough evaluation of the many activations surrounding the White House Easter Egg Roll (WHEER), our team has just released a special report highlighting the results of AEB’s support of this timeless tradition. I am incredibly proud to say this year we surpassed expectations and accomplished all our objectives. AEB—on behalf of America’s egg farmers—has a long and proud history with WHEER, going back decades. There is no greater stage than the iconic South Lawn of the White House to highlight the work of America’s egg farmers and the opportunity to collaborate with [TAG] First Lady Jill Biden and [TAG] the White House for the last three years on their “Eggucation Roll,” has been a highlight for AEB and for me, personally. It’s an honor to serve America’s egg farmers, and I strive to ensure every investment we make reflects the farmers we represent. Having joined the American Egg Board during the first year of the pandemic—one of only two occasions in history when the event was cancelled—I had the opportunity to step back and review our significant investments into this event over the span of our historic partnership, listen to our farmers’ thoughts (many of whom have their own memories of volunteering on the South Lawn with their families through the years), and ultimately, figure out how we could bring our their vision to life as a true legacy partner of the White House, on this, its largest public event. In 2024, our presence on the South Lawn reflected our most ambitious activation ever. With five immersive attractions across the event, we captivated families and emphasized the versatility of our perfect protein. Beyond the festivities, we doubled down on our commitment to community by matching our egg donation on the lawn with an equivalent contribution to the Capital Area Food Bank—resulting in 118,000 eggs donated through the Easter weekend alone.  Our media outreach soared to new heights, amplifying the stories of America’s egg farmers and their dedication to providing high-quality protein to families nationwide. From social media engagement to earned media coverage, the message was clear: eggs are essential to Easter traditions—and to our everyday lives. For more details on our 2024 activation, I invite you to give our report a read at the link below.  I would be remiss to end this post without extending my heartfelt thanks to our AEB team, volunteers, sponsors, and America’s egg farmers. Your passion, commitment, and incredible support drive us forward, and together, we continue to elevate our industry on a national stage. As we celebrate the successes of WHEER 2024, we look forward to surpassing these eggceptional milestones in 2025! https://lnkd.in/gaEwWxsF

Canadian egg farmers are constantly innovating and caring for their flocks well. We are proud to provide them with quality egg packaging they can count on. "We work year-round to produce high-quality, fresh eggs sustainably. Behind each egg is a story of passion, commitment to care and drive to innovate. These days, Canadian egg farmers are future-focused and are continuously looking for ways to improve their practice so consumers can continue to have access to the best eggs possible and our animals are well cared for, now and in the future." - Egg Farmers of Canada / Les Producteurs d’œufs du Canada Read the whole story here: "Five ways Canadian egg farmers are cracking innovation and caring for their animals": https://tgam.ca/4eKAKrY #eggfarmersofcanada #canadaag #sustainability #eggpackaging
