In New Brunswick, heart failure is the third leading cause of hospital admissions. ❤📈🏥 Today, Heart & Stroke NB hosted our inaugural Heart Failure in Primary Care Symposium, uniting healthcare professionals, policymakers, and experts from across the province. Together, we focused on advancing knowledge, improving patient care, and promoted system-wide changes crucial to tackling the growing challenges of heart failure in our province.
