U-HAUL SELF STORAGE & MOVING FACILITY Project Update‼️ Construction of U-Hauls new climate controlled self storage facility is well underway. Steel erection ongoing, concrete slabs being poured, and mechanical, electrical, and framing layouts beginning. As work proceeds on the 120,000sf self storage facility, the pre-engineered facility has been completed and turned over for use. Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association (SCSA)

NORTHERN LIGHTS CASINO EXPANSION | Prince Albert, SK We are excited to announce that we have been selected as the Construction Manager in partnership with A2Ski Industrial for a large expansion and renovation project at the Northern Lights Casino in Prince Albert. Construction will begin in late September, and is forecasted to take 2 years to complete. Once completed, 31,000sf of additional space will be added to the facility, including additional gaming space, a new restaurant & bar, and more. BHP SASKATOON OFFICES | Saskatoon, SK Last week marked 3 months being on site, and to celebrate everyone’s dedication to this project we shut down site for a site wide safety meeting followed by a food truck lunch. This unique project includes 55,000sf of office space fit-out, achieving a LEED Platinum designation once completed.

Enjoyed a walk thru of the SPAHA facility last week. After numerous inspections of reinforcing steel for foundations it was great to see structure standing. Hollowcore is down, steel is up including the canopy. Excitement is brewing for this facility.

U-HAUL SELF STORAGE & MOVING FACILITY | Regina Exciting progress being made at our U-Haul site in Regina! 🛠️🏢🚧 This project includes 2 buildings - 20,000sf Pre-Engineered building with insulated metal panels, and a 4 storey 120,000sf climate controlled self-storage facility. Further scope includes full civil upgrades; including all new underground services, asphalt surfaces, and landscaping. Stay tuned for further updates!

Exciting progress at the Warman Water Treatment Plant!
