HUB Cycling is a charitable not-for-profit organization that has spent over 20 years removing barriers to cycling in Metro Vancouver, while cultivating the health, environmental, and economic benefits that active transportation can bring. HUB has educated thousands of people, motivated thousands more, and championed improvements that #UnGapTheMap to create a connected cycling network. HUB Cycling’s mission is to get more people cycling more often. We make cycling better through education, action and events. More cycling means healthier, happier, more connected communities. We’re leading the way in making cycling an attractive choice for everyone. HUB Cycling has 10 volunteer committees across Metro Vancouver that encourages cycling for all ages and abilities (AAA) in municipalities across Metro Vancouver.

Hua Long International has contracted the Bike Friendly Buildings team to develop a "Cycling Welcome Package" for residents of a new rental building for students that will be completed this summer at 4589 Gladstone in Vancouver. The Welcome Package will include information about how to select and maintain a city bike, cycling as part of multi-modal transportation, and cycling skills and education. Our consultants are developing a map of local cycling routes and destinations, and a site map orienting residents to building cycling facilities. The contract also includes three StreetWise cycling skills webinars for residents each year. Do you have a project that needs our cycling expertise?
