We offer education and support - for management, boards, and staff - in areas vital to nonprofit success like governance, legal compliance, financial management, strategic planning, change management, and risk management. IntegralOrg is a proud nonprofit charitable organization. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer workshops, clinics, and other services virtually. • Workshops: IntegralOrg offers free or low-cost workshops on a range of topics of interest to nonprofit boards, managers, staff, and volunteers. We often team up with municipal partners (like the City of Leduc, or the Town of Cochrane) or umbrella groups (like the Federation of Calgary Communities) to present a workshop series. • Clinics: a clinic is a free in-depth one-hour problem-solving session about an issue of concern to your nonprofit or charity.) • Organizational Development Projects: IntegralOrg works with your nonprofit or charity on in-depth issues, offering solutions to ensure compliance and best practices. Some examples of Organizational Development Projects: charitable registration; governance review; financial review; organizational review; bylaw review; strategic framework development; policy review. • Toolkits and Resources: IntegralOrg has developed toolkits and resources for nonprofits and charities, for example, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Toolkit and COVID-19 Resource Kit for Employers, both found on our website: www.integralorg.ca. • Presentations: IntegralOrg is available to present at conferences, events, and educational institutions. www.integralorg.ca
