Farm Management. Simplified. IntelliCulture's farm management software prevents costly mistakes on the farm.

About us

At IntelliCulture, we lower the cost of farming through hard data. We offer a hardware equipment logger to capture data from farm equipment and broadcast it to our cloud database. From there, we identify inefficiencies, recommend corrections and help advise crucial spending decisions. Immediately, our focus is on idle reduction and route planning - two features that were prioritized based on interviews with farmers. These folks were very concerned with fuel costs of their operation, and these initial features provide the data necessary to save fuel costs on their farms. As we aggregate operational data, we will be able to advise operational patterns on a monthly basis, and capital spending decisions on a year-or-more time horizon. A number of precision agriculture companies are focused on analyzing climate and soil data to advise planting and harvesting decisions, but the equipment domain is currently underserved. The few products that do attempt to address the equipment side of farming are costly and typically specific to a single equipment manufacturer. Farmers we have spoken to have called these solutions over-engineered, and doubt that they are worth their high cost. We will fill this void by offering an affordable and manufacturer-independent tool and prioritizing features based on farmer feedback. We approach our development from the mindset of a farm manager, by spending time in the field and ultimately putting farmers first.

  • Big news to kick off the week—Please join us in welcoming Tim Ellis as IntelliCulture’s new Customer Success & Implementation Manager! Tim brings 10 years of experience making tech work for growers. A proud Fresno State alum (Go Dogs! 🐾), he graduated in 2014 and has been all-in on agriculture ever since. He spent six years at Famous Software, implementing solutions across all product lines for companies of all sizes throughout North America. Most recently, Tim spent a year and a half at Seso Labor, leading payroll product rollouts and driving implementation processes forward. With firsthand experience in how modern technology can transform the ag industry, Tim is excited to continue that journey with IntelliCulture. Based in California’s San Joaquin Valley, he’s perfectly positioned to serve growers from day one—helping them get started seamlessly and supporting them every step of the way. Outside of work, you’ll find Tim exploring Fresno with his wife, Courtney, and their adventurous mini Australian shepherd, Dodger (always ready for a hike!). Tim’s passionate about staying fit, lifting weights, spending time in nature, and giving back to his community. Welcome, Tim! 🌟 Here’s to all the great things ahead.

  • Over the past few months, our team has been on the go—traveling across North America to attend tradeshows, visit farms, and meet some amazing people along the way! One of the things we love most about what we do is chatting with growers, learning about the challenges they’re facing, and finding ways to make their day-to-day operations a little smoother. Here are some of the top questions we’ve been hearing lately: 1️⃣ "𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿?" Yes! IntelliCulture works with nearly all makes, models, and years—whether it’s your reliable old John Deere or a brand-new Kubota. No expensive upgrades are needed. Just plug it in, sync, and start tracking spray coverage, equipment health, and maintenance schedules with ease. 2️⃣ "𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽?" Super quick! Most farms are up and running in just a few days. We handle everything—from remote software setup to training—guiding you and your team step by step, either on-site or online. Plus, your dedicated Customer Success Manager is always available for ongoing support. 3️⃣ "𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲?" IntelliCulture scales to farms of all sizes. Smaller farms love CabView for spray tracking and CropView for record-keeping, while larger operations rely on ShopView for fleet management and KPI Dashboards for analytics. No matter your size, tools like Spray Cycle/REI tracking and maintenance alerts keep your operation safe and efficient. Have another question? Let’s chat! Big News: Teodor Crnobrnja is back on the IntelliCulture team as our Quality Assurance & Test Developer! 🚀 Teo graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Environmental Energy and Systems Processes. He also brings a wealth of experience from his previous time at IntelliCulture. But what truly sets him apart is his knack for spotting problems before they happen. Teo’s the kind of person who breaks things on purpose now—so they don’t break later—keeping everything running seamlessly. When he’s not busy fine-tuning our software, Teo spends his free time with friends and family or staying active with sports like basketball and tennis. He’s also an avid gardener and loves creating unique playlists—because, let’s be honest, everything’s better with great music. We’re so excited to have Teo back on the team as we continue building tools to support growers around the world. Welcome back, Teo—onwards and upwards! 🚀

  • Over the years, we've had great conversations with growers across North America (and beyond), and they all told us the same thing: they need technology that's simple and just works. So we built IntelliCulture. 🚜 It's plug-and-play, connects to any machine, and delivers practical insights straight to your phone. No complicated setups. No fancy new equipment. Just real results. Today, we're helping hundreds of farms work smarter — from family operations to major enterprises. Like the ON orchard that caught three potential misprays in a season, saving their crop and cutting costs on product and labor — all while protecting their crops, equipment, and peace of mind. Ready to ditch the whiteboard? Let's talk!
