JAN-PRO Canada's Certified Business Owner the Year Award's were recently precented! Regional offices are encouraged to nominate their most exceptional franchise owners to be recognized on a national stage. With over 2,000 CBO's in Canada there are some inspiring stories. We have 2 categories of winners, and we'll be sharing stories of those awarded. The first is the Rising Star Award! The Rising Star Award recognizes CBO's who have been in business for 3 years or less and who show great potential in the growth and success of their business. Our first Rising Star Award Winner is Arwin from the Jan-Pro Durham office. Arwin's journey from tending a family farm in the Philippines to thriving as a JAN-PRO business owner in Canada is a story of ambition, resilience, and triumph. Before moving to Saskatchewan in 2018, Arwin managed his family’s farm. Eager to carve out his own success, Arwin embraced a series of jobs in Canada to build his experience, driven by a desire to provide for his family and achieve stability. His breakthrough came in November 2022 when he was introduced to JAN-PRO. Embracing the opportunity, Arwin worked tirelessly. His effort and good fortune lead to an incredibly rewarding reunion with his family in Ontario. Today, Arwin is grateful for the stability JAN-PRO offers, allowing him to focus on building a legacy for his family and a reputable career for himself. Arwin is a true rising star in the JAN-PRO family, and we consider ourselves lucky to have him. Congratulations, Arwin!
