The John Molson Human Resources and Management Association (JHMA) is an organization led by a group of dynamic students who share a common goal of optimizing the HR and Management student experience at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business.
JHMA's mission is to provide as many enriching opportunities to our student body as possible. Each year, JHMA accomplishes this through organizing professional, social and academic events and programs that expose students to the Human Resources and Management industries.
Our aim is to narrow the gap between students, Management and HR industry professionals, and the JMSB Management faculty. We also offer platforms to connect students to the CHRP Quebec Order (CRHA) to facilitate their attainment of the professional CRHA designation. Through these, we strive to open doors for students' careers and provide them with all the necessary information to achieve their goals in the HR and Management field.
JHMA's continued vision as an association is for JMSB to be a place where students interested in the disciplines of HR and Management can find the necessary tools, guidance and opportunities to jump start their professional careers.
