K92 Mining is pleased to report a record Q3 2024 production of 44,304 oz AuEq, significantly exceeding budget expectations. With more than 80% of our annual production target already achieved, we are well on track to meet 2024 guidance. John Lewins, CEO and Director, stated: “As we guided to at the beginning of the year, 2H was expected to be the strongest, and it has certainly delivered thus far, with record ounces produced and sold, and record recoveries while benefiting from record gold prices in Q3. Importantly, the results have well positioned the Company to meet its 2024 Operational Guidance, while also delivering a notable strengthening to the Company’s financial position during the Stage 3 Expansion construction, which is very encouraging." 🔍 Key Highlights: - Record quarterly production and sales - Record metallurgical recoveries: Achieved 95.3% for gold and 95.1% for copper, exceeding expectations. - Strong gold grades: Highest since Q4 2020, driven by high-grade stopes and positive grade reconciliation. 🚨 NEWS RELEASE🚨 We're excited to share the latest drilling results from our #Arakompa maiden program, significantly extending the known strike length and uncovering a potential thick high-grade zone at the southern limit of drilling. John Lewins, #K92 Chief Executive Officer and Director, stated, “The significant and rapid progress at Arakompa is a very exciting time for K92, our stakeholders and Papua New Guinea. These latest 19 holes reported extended the known strike length by approximately 50%, discovered a potential thick high-grade zone at the southern limit of K92’s drilling to date towards the Tankaunan Porphyry, while also extending the bulk mineralized zone a commensurate amount along strike. With Arakompa open in both directions along strike, we believe that we are still only scratching the surface and this is precisely why we have increased the number of drill rigs from one in Q1 2024 to now four." Key results include: - 20.6m at 9.87 g/t AuEq (including 10.7m at 14.97 g/t AuEq) from KARDD0029 - 111.6m at 1.53 g/t AuEq from KARDD0030 - 23.6m at 6.57 g/t AuEq from KARDD0025 - 100.80 m at 1.92 g/t AuEq from KARDD0025 With mineralization remaining open along strike and at depth, this is a major step forward and we're on track to define a maiden modern resource estimate in early 2025.
