This is what we're up to these days. https://lnkd.in/gr8d_AQY We establish a pre-crisis support community in this program. Too many things in life (and especially in the reaction-based First Responder world) operate in the post-crisis world, such as rescue and care. While this is needed, we could minimize the need by also providing pre-crisis support. The addition of a pre-crisis support community completes the First Responder support system, filling in the crucial missing piece. https://lnkd.in/gZ8hidaP Everyone in life needs to belong to a genuine community. That community sustains them when things get tough.
