A local rubber manufacturer needed to increase their capacity and required high-performance header valves for a vapour recovery system handling corrosive gasses. We provided Hastelloy C22 valves, known for their superior corrosion resistance, along with Elomatic actuators and custom mounting brackets. By working closely with their engineering team and our partners at Habonim, we delivered a solution that fits their budget and meets their lead time requirements. Efficiency and performance – all in one package. 🔧

We had the privilege of attending the Canadian Gas Association Energy Nexus & Annual Technical Conference 2024 in Toronto last week, alongside Emerson and our Canadian Impact Partners, Spartan Controls and Contrôles Laurentide / Laurentide Controls! Together, we showcased our latest advancements and solutions, sparking engaging conversations and valuable networking opportunities. Our very own James Lee delivered an insightful presentation on “What’s New” at Emerson, while Alex Chan, P.Eng. led engaging training sessions on direct operating regulators and pilot regulator training. We were proud to be part of an event that challenged traditional thinking and fostered collaboration among energy sector professionals. Together, we are #FuellingtheFuture. Check out our recap video to relive the highlights from the CGA conference and our Customer Appreciation Event at The Ballroom Bowl in Toronto. This event was our way of expressing gratitude to YOU—our customers, partners, and vendors—for your continued business and support. Guests had a fantastic time engaging in friendly competition and networking with peers, making it a memorable evening for all!

Did you know we can replace or field-retrofit any electric actuator, regardless of valve size or vintage? This capability allows us to support a wide range of industries in extending the life of their critical assets. Recently, we helped a local steel customer by upgrading a critical large-bore motor-operated valve from the 1970s, enabling them to maintain operational efficiency without needing a full system overhaul. The original EIM actuator was replaced in situ by a newer generation Bettis M2CP providing like-for-like mounting and performance, with minimal downtime for the customer. This kind of flexibility is what sets Lakeside apart, providing tailored solutions to meet our customers' unique needs.
