I’ve been recruiting in the IT sector for just over 12 years, specializing in all areas of technology and all levels of seniority, from entry-level to Director-level roles. 🤝 What do you enjoy most about working at LNG? Working closely and collaboratively with a team of talented and dedicated recruiters. I also enjoy the flexibility and versatility we can offer our clients, covering all areas of their business—not just the IT sector, but also their HR, Payroll, Finance, and Accounting needs. 💡 What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career? Some of the most important things I’ve learned are to truly and fully understand both your clients' needs, as well as what motivates and interests the candidates. If you can understand these things, you’ll be in the best position to make the right match, whether it’s for a short-term contract or a permanent placement. 🏖️ What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog. I also love playing volleyball and golf during the summer and spending time outdoors. I’m a big fan of movies too. ⛱️ What would your perfect weekend look like? My perfect weekend would involve spending time outside, either on a patio, by a pool, or on the golf course. I’d also love to go for a nice lunch or dinner. 🌍 What’s a cause that you are passionate about? I’m a big fan of nature, so conservation is an area of interest for me. ✈️ If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be? Italy or an African Safari.
