On May 28th, the Law Practice Program (LPP) had the privilege of hosting a groundbreaking conference titled "Learn Today, Use Tomorrow: AI in Legal Practice." The event was an incredible success, bringing together some of the brightest minds in the legal and tech industries to explore the transformative potential of AI in legal practice. Valuable webinar led by Darlene Tonelli and facilitated by Chris Bentley! Darlene shared insights on navigating a law career, exploring various pathways and practice areas. Her journey offered candidates inspiring perspectives on thriving in the legal landscape.

We had a fantastic panel featuring Dana Moir, Scott T Croteau - Weaver Simmons LLP, and Douglas W. Judson, facilitated by Fariya Walji. The speakers shared diverse perspectives on practicing outside the GTA, exploring the unique benefits, challenges, and growth opportunities in smaller communities. Their insights provided a fresh perspective on building a successful practice beyond the city.
