We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Mamie Clafoutis' first-ever automated bakery in partnership with Leav! In a pioneering move for Montreal's iconic bakery, this new store is designed to blend technology with tradition, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for customers. This one-of-a-kind setup enables customers to explore freely and select their favorite baked goods with ease. Staff members are equipped with mobile payment devices to offer assistance, enhancing convenience and speed. Additionally, during select hours, customers can enjoy a fully autonomous shopping experience—accessing the store, selecting products, and paying via their smartphones, all without staff present.
