Strategic planning can be serious business - but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun along the way! 🧱 This week, the Level 52 team had the pleasure of leading the third installment in a series of strategic planning workshops with the leadership team at Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. What made this session unique? LEGO. It’s always fascinating to see the diverse and wildly unique inventions that emerge from identical piles of LEGO. The exercise is a powerful reminder that, without clear instructions, we all head in different directions - even with the same resources. By the end of the workshop, we had not only built with LEGO, but also built a clear list of tactics to support the organization’s most important objectives for the year ahead.
