Yesterday the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) announced that Longbow Capital won the 2024 Private Equity Deal of the Year Award for our investment in Certarus Ltd. When Longbow originally invested back in 2013, Certarus was (and still is) by all accounts a "category creator" in the low carbon energy solutions space (CNG, RNG, H2), that was founded, led and guided by world-class entrepreneurs and company builders and an incredible Calgary (and Canadian!) success story.
