We’re proud to share this update, highlighting the completion of the 100 MVA, 69-25 kV substation entirely designed by our dedicated Magna IV Engineering team in Vancouver. 🌟 Exciting News from FMI! 🌟 We’re happy to share that we were selected by Windset Farms to construct a new 100mva 69kv-25kv Substation. This comprehensive project included: 🔹 Pre-loading existing soils 🔹 Concrete foundations and site preparation 🔹 Erecting steel structures and installing 69kV breakers, switches, and associated bus work 🔹 Installing a state-of-the-art 25kV E-house 🔹 Offloading, building, and oil processing of two 50 MVA transformers In addition to the substation, once onsite, FMI was also contracted to build a new 69kV transmission line, which features 14 bucket piles and one caisson foundation. We’re thrilled to have also constructed the entire distribution network, which includes eight 2 MVA unit substations, 1,700 meters of trenching, and nearly 100,000 feet of conduit. This project truly showcases the power of teamwork, and it’s rewarding to see the positive impact on the community—especially as the happy tomatoes thrive in the sunlight!
