Take Your Kid to Work Day at Martinrea 🪁 Our Alfield location invited their employees to bring their children to enjoy a fun and engaging day at work together! They kicked off the event with a breakfast, followed by a warm welcome from their General Manager, who guided the children through a plant tour. The team also organized hands-on activities designed to teach the kids about engineering and problem-solving. In addition, the visitors were introduced to the importance of sustainability, sparking discussions on how Martinrea is working to protect the planet. Martinrea Leadership Training 🌐 We concluded a successful workshop of Martinrea Skills University, an intensive training where we explore the keys to effective leadership in the current environment through interactive dynamics, case studies and personal coaching sessions. The classes are divided into 2 stages: Leadership 1 lays the foundation for building critical skills of a First Line Supervisor. Leadership 2-3 focuses on time management, performance feedback and coaching.
