Hovering over this completed project at Sunnybrook’s Bayview Campus! This state-of-the-art facility, located on the roof of the 'M' Wing, is now the largest helipad of its kind in Canada, designed to accommodate helicopters up to 35,000 lb. We're proud of the innovative engineering behind this project, from the prefabricated aluminum beams to the specialized fuel spill management system. This project features a non-residential ground floor, a mix of one to three-bedroom rental apartments, an indoor amenity space, and a rooftop patio. Commuting made easy! From when we started the construction at Queen's Park and St.Patrick Station, the progress is like night and day!
