One of our most remarkable projects to date: a massive 14' x 48' #VISIONiQ LED Display, engineered and installed just off the QEW & 427 in Toronto, ON for ALLVISION Digital Out-of-Home. This uniquely engineered truss support system spans over five of the Greater Toronto Area's busiest railroad tracks, demonstrating our capabilities in supplying, manufacturing, engineering, and installation. 🔥 The project features two VISIONiQ LED displays, supported by four foundations. This setup required over 300 cubic meters of concrete and 380 tonnes of steel to ensure stability and durability against the pressures, vibrations, and impacts from the passing trains! 🛤️ A standout element of this project was the hoisting of a 70-foot-long torsion tube across the tracks, a task that demanded meticulous planning around train schedules and was executed in 2-3 hour increments, primarily at night and on weekends. In just eight days—from the first call to the final installation—we produced a 24’ x 36’ #VISIONiQ sign, overcoming time constraints to meet both deadlines and technical requirements.
