About us
MPB provides high-performance optical amplifiers and Raman fiber lasers for telecommunications network equipment; high reliability laser systems for the scientific, medical, commercial and military markets; and customized fiber optic systems and sensors for the aerospace and military sector. From its preeminent amplifiers and Raman fiber lasers used in the telecommunications industry, MPB expanded its product offering to fiber amplifiers and fiber lasers for the aerospace and industrial markets, where power efficiency, reliability and compact size are fundamental requirements. With a pedigree for reliability, these lasers are rapidly being adopted to replace their DPSS counterparts. MPB’s fiber lasers, fiber amplifiers, mode-locked fiber lasers, and visible fiber lasers feature linearly polarized outputs, exceptional beam quality, and outstanding stability. The MPB’s technical staff is composed of optical, electrical, mechanical and software engineers and scientists, backed by experienced project management. MPB’s commitment to excellence is evidenced in both the dedication of its people and the performance of its products. The Company reinvests approximately 20% of its sales each year into internal R&D.
