NOUVEAU CHAPITRE POUR LE CINÉMA-THÉÂTRE CARTIER - Kim Pham, architecte associée, a eu l'immense honneur de dévoiler le projet de revitalisation de l’ancien cinéma-théâtre Cartier, aux côtés de Fabienne Colas, la nouvelle propriétaire, et de son invité spécial, Spike Lee, lors du 20e Festival International du Film Black de Montréal. #FIFBM24 Le futur Théâtre Colas, situé à Saint-Henri, sera dédié à la promotion de la diversité et de l'inclusion dans les arts visuels et la culture. Avec près de 500 sièges dans la pièce principale, deux salles de projection, un espace cocktail, ainsi qu’une galerie d’exposition à l’étage, ce théâtre sera bien plus qu'une salle de spectacle. Ce sera un lieu de vie, de création et de rencontre, où les artistes de tous horizons pourront s'exprimer librement. Notre équipe est ravie de contribuer à ce projet ambitieux de la Fondation Fabienne Colas, qui résonne profondément avec nos valeurs. / A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE CINÉMA-THÉÂTRE CARTIER - Kim Pham, partner and architect, had the honor of unveiling the revitalization project of the former Cinéma-Théâtre Cartier, alongside Fabienne Colas, the new owner, and her special guest, Spike Lee, at the opening of the 20th edition of the Montreal International Black Film Festival. The future Théâtre Colas, located in Saint-Henri, will be dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the visual arts and cultural sector. With nearly 500 seats in the main hall, two screening rooms, a cocktail lounge, and an exhibition gallery on the upper floor, the future Théâtre Colas will be more than just a venue but a vibrant space for creativity and connection, where artists from all backgrounds can express themselves freely. PÉDALEZ POUR LA CAUSE - Une fois de plus, NEUF a répondu présent au 48 HEURES VÉLO pour soutenir la fondation Make-A-Wish Canada. Ce mouvement collectif était l’occasion idéale pour se rassembler, se surpasser et soutenir une cause qui nous tient à cœur. Plus de 3,5 millions ont été amassés! Bravo à notre équipe qui a pédalé sans relâche pour contribuer à la réalisation des vœux d'enfants malades. Merci à tous pour votre support, et mention spéciale à notre partenaire VanLife MTL, qui a permis à nos cyclistes de reprendre des forces. / CYCLING FOR A GOOD CAUSE - Once again, NEUF joined the 48-HOUR RIDE to support the Make-A-Wish foundation! DÉVOILEMENT DU NOUVEAU PÔLE CULTUREL DE LAVAL - Nous sommes heureux de présenter le nouveau concept de la future bibliothèque centrale de Laval, développé avec Atelier TAG. Fruit d’un concours multidisciplinaire, le "plus grand chantier culturel du Québec" dévoilé ce matin par le maire Stéphane Boyer sera un lieu de création artistique professionnelle, où l’art et la culture s’entremêlent à une architecture inspirante et durable. La transparence de l'infrastructure mettra en vitrine sa riche programmation, symbole du renouveau culturel de la ville de Laval. Réalisé avec le Groupe MONTONI, le projet vise une certification LEED Or.   / UNVEILING OF LAVAL’S NEW CULTURAL HUB - We are proud to present the new concept, developed with Atelier TAG, for Laval’s future central library. The "largest cultural infrastructure project in Quebec", unveiled this morning by the mayor Stéphane Boyer, will be a space where art and culture come together with an inspiring and sustainable architecture. The design team was committed to creating a human-scale environment that strengthens connections between communities and generations. The building’s transparency will showcase a rich cultural program, symbolizing the cultural renewal of the city of Laval. It’s a privilege for us to share our aerospace expertise and showcase our newly completed state-of-the-art jet manufacturing facility.
