We're thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the last cohort of our flagship Sister2Sister Advanced Leadership program designed specifically for highly skilled and internationally educated immigrant women! This program is crafted to empower and upskill immigrant women, helping them thrive in their careers and beyond. Our program aims to provide immigrant women with career advancement opportunities through targeted upskilling, mentorship, and access to valuable resources. What the program offers: 1️⃣ Micro-credential Skills Training: participants will gain 2 Micro credentials, one in Not for profit Management offered through University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management Rotman Executive Programs and another one in Digital Fluency for the Workforce offered through Humber College. 2️⃣ Upskilling Courses: In partnership with Harvard Business Publishing participants will access additional upskilling courses at no cost. 3️⃣ Leadership Development: Participants will gain valuable skills to build their leadership capacity. 4️⃣ Career Readiness: participants will be matched and connect with experienced Employment Counsellors and Career Coaches who are dedicated to their success. 5️⃣ Networking Events: participants will build meaningful relationships with fellow participants, industry professionals & sector leaders. 6️⃣ Financial & Wraparound Support: Training stipend, transportation & mental health supports will be available to ensure accessibility. 7️⃣ Experiential Learning: Participants are provided with experiential learning opportunities including paid internships, job placements, mentorship and job shadowing.
