Nooro builds and hosts online surveys and more complex database-driven applications for clients anywhere in the world. Our clients over the years have come from pretty much every industry out there, which has kept things interesting for us. Whether it's human resources surveys or customer satisfaction research or brand awareness tracking or program evaluation, we've done it. We act as "Your Online Survey Department" for many firms in social and market research, developing advanced applications for complex projects that off-the-shelf tools or services can't handle. Lately we've built custom data collection apps for modern mobile devices like the iPad, and Android and other tablets. Researchers use them to do mobile in-person interviewing, even in health care or remote settings where they must be offline. We've also built custom web-based experiments to allow the global deployment of social psychology research methodologies like Implicit Association Tests. We see our role as the point where the outsourcing buck stops -- we handle all of the technology concerns for clients from confidentiality, privacy, compliance, accessibility, security, reliability, testing, respondent support, and more.
