At Northern Medical Connections, we believe that building healthy communities means more than just providing skilled nurses—it’s about staying involved and giving back. Recently, some of our team members rolled up their sleeves to donate blood. Each donation can save up to three lives, and it’s a simple but powerful way to make a real difference. We also proudly supported the We Are Young Foundation by sponsoring a hole at their golf tournament and sending two teams. This amazing organization helps seniors fulfill lifelong dreams, reminding us all of the importance of staying connected and contributing to the communities we serve. At NMC, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact not only through healthcare delivery but also by supporting the well-being of the communities we serve. Whether it’s through healthcare or community initiatives, we invite you to join us in creating a healthier, brighter future for everyone. #CommunityImpact #HealthcareSupport #WeAreYoungFoundation #BloodDonation #HealthyCommunities #DoGood We Are Young (WAY) Canadian Blood Services

Meet Rebecca Coffey (she/her), our Human Resources Manager. At Northern Medical Connections, Rebecca’s role directly impacts our nurses and growing admin team. She’s committed to putting our nurses' needs first while ensuring that our incredible admin staff feels supported and fulfilled in their work every day. During her time at Saint Mary’s University, Rebecca initially set her sights on becoming a psychologist. However, after discovering her passion for industrial and organizational psychology, she shifted her focus to human resources. She added an HR certificate to her degree and began a journey in the HR world, where she spent 12 years in the restaurant industry, progressing from host to HR manager for multiple restaurant groups. Now, for the first time, she's bringing her skills to the healthcare industry. When Rebecca joined NMC, the company was just getting started. She saw the immense potential and the love and care that went into creating something special. What stood out to her most was NMC's rare dedication to going above and beyond for its employees. Rebecca is passionate about being part of the small, everyday gestures that make a positive impact—something NMC does so well. Outside of work, Rebecca loves to get creative, especially when it involves brightening someone’s day. She enjoys reading, hosting dinner parties, and spending quality time with loved ones. #MeetTheTeam #HumanResources #NorthernMedicalConnections #NMC
