🌿 As the Spring Equinox arrives, we welcome the return of balance—equal light and dark, a time of renewal and new beginnings. For many Indigenous peoples, the changing seasons are more than a shift in weather; they are teachings from the land. The longer days, the thawing earth, and the return of plant and animal life remind us of our deep connection to the land and the natural cycles that guide us. Spring is a time to reflect, set intentions, and embrace growth. As we walk forward into this new season, may we do so with gratitude, renewal, and purpose.

About us
way’/Welcome, Our enterprise venture activities began in the mid-1970s and since that time has evolved to a diversified group of businesses involved in real estate, forestry, construction, and professional services. With ownership and principled guidance from Westbank First Nation we have an extraordinarily strong foundation for continued profitable growth. Our plan is to continue to grow the portfolio in areas of strategic importance such as residential, and commercial development. We look forward to an exciting and productive future building on our momentum and hard work of our management teams. We thank all of our employees for their dedication and our Directors for their guidance and stewardship. And importantly, we wish to thank the Westbank First Nation Community for their ongoing support and commitment. limlǝmt (Thank you)

We’re excited to announce that Ntityix Development has taken over its partners’ interest in the Okanagan Lake Shopping Centre, located at 525 Highway 97 South, Westbank, BC. This 4.11-hectare property with 127,000 sq. ft of leased retail space has become a thriving hub for the community. Initially developed as a joint venture between Ntityix Development LP, Churchill International Property Corporation, and PDG Investments, the shopping centre sits strategically just south of Bennett Bridge, crossing over Lake Okanagan. Following a community referendum, the land use designation and lease interest were approved, leading to the successful development of this high-traffic commercial asset. The centre is now valued at approximately $45 million, with nearly all units fully leased. The diverse tenant mix includes popular locations like Landmark Cinema Xtreme, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, TD Canada Trust, Tim Hortons, Subway, Dairy Queen, and more, offering an array of services to both locals and visitors. We thank our partners for making this a viable opportunity and look forward to continuing to grow alongside our community. https://lnkd.in/dX5kzqKH
