it’s a movement. It’s for every startup Rabbito Social isn’t just a tool; it’s a movement. It’s for every startup that’s tired of screaming into the void of social media. It’s for every founder who wants to ditch the spreadsheets and focus on the dream they started with. And it all started with a guy who was tired of being a subcontracting sidekick and decided to become the hero of his own story. #EmpowerYourBrand #movement

New Study Reveals Crucial Role of Information Management in AI Success The AvePoint "AI and Information Management Report," developed in partnership with the Association for Intelligent Information Management and the Centre for Intelligent Policy Leadership, underscores the critical role of effective information management (IM) in the successful adoption and operational use of AI within organizations. Surveying over 750 business leaders across 16 countries and 10 sectors, the report reveals significant insights: - A staggering 78% of organizations feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume and variety of information stemming from technology use. - Half of the surveyed organizations possess data that is older than 5 years, composed largely of redundant, obsolete, or trivial (ROT) data, yet only 50% enforce a data retention policy, and merely 29% utilize automation broadly in their IM strategies. - Many organizations struggle with archaic storage solutions, including self-hosted storage systems and physical documents, which complicate both human and AI access to and utilization of data. - A primary obstacle to generative AI adoption identified is the "data-readiness" of IT infrastructures, compounded by a general lack of knowledge and skills among adopters. The report stresses that inviting AI into current digital workplaces could rapidly highlight existing vulnerabilities such as data security issues, poor data quality, and inefficient data management. Building effective AI solutions necessitates a robust data foundation characterized by neatly organized, relevant, and securely managed information. Despite 80% of respondents initially confident in their data's AI readiness, more than half faced internal challenges regarding data quality and organization during AI model deployment and operation. The findings urge organizations to prioritize their Information Management (IM) strategies, as proper IM is not only foundational but also pivotal to leveraging AI's potential fully. This emphasis on information management as a critical success factor serves as both a validation for IM professionals and a call to action for organizations venturing into AI adoption.
