Ever wondered how your thoughts shape your reality? 🧠 The concept of neuroplasticity reveals that the stories we tell ourselves actually wire our brains. Whether it’s fitness goals or daily habits, what you repeatedly say influences your behaviour. But it can't just be stating things we want, because this is only at the conscious level- real change happens at the subconscious part of our minds.  Choose empowering stories, really embody it and behave accordingly as if those changes are already happening. Remember that repetition is your friend when it comes to rewiring our brains-Practice, embody and make choices that reflect this and see how your life transforms.

Incorporating adaptive fitness into your daily routine doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s all about making small, intentional choices that add up over time. Here are a few tips to help you get started: 👉Start Small: Begin with short, manageable sessions that fit into your day, like seated stretches while watching TV. 👉Use What You Have: Everyday objects like resistance bands or even a sturdy chair can be effective tools for adaptive exercises. 👉Consistency Over Intensity: Focus on regular movement, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Consistency is key to building strength and stamina. 👉Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how you feel. Adaptive fitness is about working with your body, not against it. 👉Seek Support: Connect with adaptive fitness communities or coaches for guidance and motivation. We'd be happy to work with you! You’ve got this. 💪 https://buff.ly/3Pta2db

The Olympics are very exciting! It's even more exciting to (us) to hear the athletes being interviewed throughout their training practices, and how they got to where they are today, competing against the best in the world. A lot of questions come up from interviewers asking them: ➡️How do you mentally stay focused in the training journey to get here? ➡️What has helped you when things get tough, to stay on track and compete for the gold?  The common denominator you will notice from the responses, no matter what category the athletes are in, is that they felt it. They envisioned it. They EMBODIED it.  There is truth to this in all aspects of life. Our own successes, whether it be in business, fitness, relationships or other personal journeys is a mindset. If we can't believe it or see it in our minds, how will we ever achieve it? If you want to have something, get something, go somewhere –We need to see it. What the mind believes, we achieve.
