One powerful digital activation they’ve launched is called EUROlingo: EURO 2024 GmbH’s Instagram account shares videos of pro players guessing the English translations of different soccer terms that are written in various European languages. These videos then prompt viewers to play the game themselves and create a UEFA account for the chance to win tickets to the Euro 2024 Final!     When they announced their partnership with the PWHL, Molson Canadian made a statement and a smart marketing move at the same time. This company noticed that the long hair of the athletes in this new pro women’s hockey league sometimes ends up covering their names on the backs of their jerseys. So they decided to give the women special jerseys that displayed their names clearly below their numbers. To do this, Molson sponsored the spot that would be hidden behind the players’ hair. Our takeaway? Sports fans like to support brands that stand for something, and Molson seized this opportunity to stand out. #OnSocialSports
