🗞 Breaking: a recent statistical analysis from inHEALTH reveals troubling trends at the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), particularly concerning outcomes for self-represented claimants who dispute injury claims. Since the LAT’s inception, nearly 4,500 decisions have been issued, yet only 217 involve self-represented individuals. Alarmingly, insurance companies win over four times as often in these cases.
