About us

The Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care builds capacity in the long-term care sector through education, research and knowledge mobilization to improve the health and well-being of residents and staff across the province. - We are a resource to LTC homes and promote leading practices. - We partner with others in LTC to train the workforce, support research and share innovations and resources. - We create resources to provide solutions for priority issues, including an aging population, care complexity and workforce excellence. The Ontario CLRI is funded by the Government of Ontario and hosted at Baycrest Health Sciences, Bruyère, and the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging. The collective expertise, resources and partnerships of the host organizations advance the Program’s provincially mandated goals.
