#DYN the burrowing owl is a unique grassland species, whose Canadian population has declined by 90% since the 1990s? We are proud to support conservation efforts at The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo, with a $75,000 commitment over three years towards the Institute’s Burrowing Owl Conservation Program. On the road with Step Up 'N Ride, a local non-profit bus service for the Dawson Creek community. They provide much needed transportation services to seniors, veterans, people with diverse abilities or special needs, as well as student transportation. We recently partnered with them, to provide children in need with supplies and backpacks for the back-to-school season. The team in Dawson rallied together at the Ovintiv Events Centre, filling and packing 200 backpacks for the entire bus!
