Did you know that asking just 3 open ended questions in the first 3 minutes of your appointment: ➡️ puts your patient in the driver's seat ➡️ focuses on their needs ➡️ allows your patient to feel heard This simple practice can help your patients vocalize their ambivalence early, state their reasons for wanting to change (or not) and help them arrive at a decision about their hearing in an authentic way, resulting in more acceptance to treatment.
