In my experience many ServiceNow partners often accept the following from their employees: - Being an "order taker", following the clients requests without question. - Skipping documentation to save time and costs. - Overlooking the importance of establishing governance. - Neglecting the need for proper OCM (Organizational Change Management). This doesn't work for me, and this doesn't work for PAMT.
