As we celebrate our third annual Construction Inclusion Week, we are filled with enthusiasm and pride as we reflect on the significant strides, we've made toward fostering a more inclusive and diverse environment within our industry. This initiative began two years ago with the establishment of our diversity committee, the IDEAS Committee (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Sustainability), which has since become the driving force behind our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. There are still ongoing struggles for equal pay for work of equal value across genders globally. Despite progress in some regions, we still need to do more to ensure everybody gets fair pay.
