About us
Peak Publishing Ltd. began operation in November 1995 and covers the area from Saltery Bay to Lund, including Texada Island and Savary Island. The Peak is a paid-subscription publication distributed every Thursday. Within the qathet region, the Peak is delivered to subscribers' residential homes by carriers and available for sale at participating retail outlets. Peak Publishing's carrier force, including youngsters and adults, numbers more than 50. Thursday's Midweek publication is placed in drop boxes situated next to Canada Post mailboxes and in other convenient locations throughout the region, and to subscribers' homes. An area breakdown of the delivery of both publications, as well as a list of drop boxes, is available upon request. Peak Publishing has 8 full-time staff members and several contributors.
