[Le français suit] During our #Prevost100 anniversary celebrations, René Prévost, son of our founder, Eugène Prévost, was on-site to sign copies of his book about the history of Prevost. René's journey to uncover his father’s remarkable story began while traveling for his work at Canadian National, leading him to dedicate 15 years to researching archives and conducting interviews with those who knew Eugène. René's book not only shares the story of our beginnings but also played a role in helping family members in creating "Clarisse," the replica of Eugène’s first coach. _______ Lors de nos célébrations du centenaire #Prevost100, René Prévost, fils de notre fondateur Eugène Prévost, était sur place pour signer des exemplaires de son ouvrage portant sur l’histoire de l’entreprise. Le parcours de René sur les traces de son père a commencé lors de voyages d’affaires alors qu’il était à l’emploi du Canadien National; il a ainsi dévoué 15 ans à fouiller les archives et à s’entretenir avec ceux qui avaient connu Eugène. Non seulement le livre de René raconte-t-il l’histoire de nos débuts, mais il a été d’une grande aide aux membres de la famille qui ont fabriqué « Clarisse », la reproduction du tout premier autocar fabriqué par Eugène.
