  • 🎬 Meet Lorenzo Keels, a Film Development & Production Executive at Amazon MGM Studios. In his role he, “works with the Amazon MGM Studios Movies team to develop a slate of exciting and engaging projects for our audiences, both in theaters and on Prime Video.” Lorenzo’s creative development process draws inspiration from everywhere—"everything from original screenplays to source material—ranging from books and graphic novels to video games and even podcasts—anything that can be transformed into a wholly cinematic experience that offers something fresh and captivating to global audiences.” The project he is most proud of to-date is his work on Creed III, which was his first project as an executive. "For me, working with such amazing talent and being part of the process from start to finish as an executive was incredibly exciting. Giving notes on the script and edits, then seeing them come to life in the finished film, was deeply rewarding. My name might not be in the credits, but I know I played a role in that, and it was a truly special moment for me and my career." What sets Amazon MGM Studios apart, according to Lorenzo, is the freedom to pursue projects driven by passion and creative conviction rather than just business metrics. "We're building something extraordinary here, leveraging Amazon's vast ecosystem - from Audible to gaming to publishing - to create immersive entertainment experiences across multiple platforms. I'm particularly proud of our team's commitment to authentic storytelling and our courage to say 'no' when a project doesn't align with our creative vision, even if it makes business sense on paper. The future of entertainment is being shaped right here, and I'm grateful to be part of this journey.“ Come build the future of with us! • From dreaming about Hollywood to driving innovation at Prime Video! 🎬 “My fascination with Hollywood and the Academy Awards began in my teenage years. Now at Prime Video, I work directly with Video on Demand content and Live events, allowing me to contribute to the entertainment industry I've long admired.” Meet Mukesh Kumar Sinha, a Senior Technical Program Manager at Prime Video, who's transforming how millions experience entertainment globally. Leading cross-organizational projects, Mukesh champions Amazon's customer-obsessed culture while developing cutting-edge technologies for Video on Demand and Live events. For Mukesh, “Leading cross-organizational projects has taught me that when we truly put customers first – from keeping that symbolic empty chair in meetings to working backwards from their needs – we create meaningful impact.” But it's not just the exciting work that keeps Mukesh fulfilled at Amazon. “As a member of Indians@Amazon and Asians@Amazon, I'm excited to join cultural celebrations and community service initiatives in our Sunnyvale, CA office. My Amazon journey has taken me from Plano, Texas to Toronto, Ontario, and now to Sunnyvale. These affinity groups offer ways to honor our heritage and contribute to society through outreach programs.” "Amazon's inclusive culture has provided me opportunities for growth that bring pride to both my career and family. Each complex product (device, feature) we create, and the customer delight associated with it, reinforces that I'm exactly where I should be, contributing meaningfully to one of the world's most innovative companies. • “Imagine taking a designer’s sketch and quickly turning it into something a customer can click through and fully immerse themselves in. That’s what I do each and every day!” That’s Ricky Romero, Sr. Design Technologist at Prime Video. Based in Sunnyvale, California, Ricky’s role goes far behind making things look pretty. "I'm constantly solving technical puzzles. I work closely with designers to translate their designs to code, without compromising on ease of use or what makes them special." Ricky’s favorite Amazon Leadership Principles are “Bias for Action” and “Are Right, A Lot” because they help him combat the very real specter of impostor syndrome. "They remind me that Amazon hired me specifically for my talent and experience; that I should trust my own expertise, make informed decisions quickly, and move forward with confidence." Of course, it also helps bearing in mind that his services benefit Amazon customers in a variety of ways, like adding some magic to their lives. “Life is stressful! At the end of a long day, many people just want to unwind by flopping down on the couch and finding something entertaining to watch. I want to make that experience as effortless as possible for them.” Want to learn more about careers with Prime Video? Click here:https://amzn.to/40lvm8u
