Job Role - Finance Executive Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time hybrid position where the successful candidate will be based in Noida but with flexibility for some remote work. The role will require the candidate to carry out day-to-day financial tasks such as financial statements preparation, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to ensure that the company remains within budget. Responsibilities Create Invoices on our accounting platforms/ applications and send to clients Ensure Accounts Receivable are up to date by regular follow ups with clients Record Supplier Invoices and verify withinn our systems for accuracy and duplicacy Perform Reconciliations for suppliers on monthly basis Maintain data and should be able to keep record/ present difference AR/ AP reports as required Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good efficiency Communication with the team for getting the resolutions on pending information Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in finance or accounting with the flair of MS Excel & other MS Office Suites Knowledge of financial statements preparation and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Attention to detail and accuracy Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAGE or Xero is a plus Experience 1 - 3 years in similar or related field
