Our team of dedicated volunteers recently lent a helping hand at the North York Harvest Food Bank, sorting through 3,900 lbs of food! This food will be distributed to those who need it most in our community, helping to put food on the table and alleviate food insecurity. This volunteer effort is just one part of our mission to help Canadians become more financially successful and secure. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve financial well-being, and we are committed to providing the tools and resources to make that happen. We are proud of our team for their dedication to giving back to the community and making a difference in the lives of others. Way to go team!

Time to meet another Questrader - Geetha Rahupathy! Geetha joined Questrade two years ago as a Senior Manager of Talent & Engagement. She has played a key role in maturing our talent management programs during a period of significant change. When asked more about her experience with the team, this is what she had to say: “I’m passionate about helping people develop and reach their career goals, and my role at Questrade allows me to do just that. I design and evolve initiatives that help employees grow their skills, perform at their best, and feel recognized and supported in their careers. It’s rewarding to see my recommendations implemented and positively impacting both people leaders and employees. I’m very fortunate to work with a talented, dedicated People & Culture team whose energy and commitment inspire me to do my best. I’ve been with Questrade for two years now, and it’s been an exciting journey. I joined the company during our transition to a new operating model, which has been both rewarding and challenging as a talent management professional. The work we’re doing now is laying the foundation for long-term success - so there have been no dull moments.” Since joining Questrade, Geetha completed her first 10K run, and since then she has completed three! She plans to make it an annual tradition and she is hopeful as her small team religiously encourages each other to keep up with fitness goals. She also enjoys curling up with a good historical fiction novel and a scalding hot cup of tea. Geetha still remembers the thrill of getting her first library card at the Toronto Public Library. Now, years later, she shares that same excitement with her young daughters, instilling in them the same love of reading that she has. Geetha, we are grateful to have you on the team! Meet Peter Aligbe 🌟 Peter is a Client Relations Specialist within our CSS department! He has been at Questrade now for over a year, starting as a Client Service Specialist in January of 2023. In Peter’s current role as a Client Relations Specialist, he is part of an elite team handling complex client matters like disputes & escalations, unauthorized transaction claims, fraud investigations…and much more. We asked Peter to share more about his experience, check it out! "I am proud to be a father and husband. My family motivates me everyday in my career to better myself daily. I am lucky to work remotely in Newfoundland, Canada. Being part of the team, I highly recommend Questrade as an incredible place to work.
