Our aim is to collaborate closely with existing caregivers to enhance patient outcomes. To explore the option of receiving extra in-hospital physiotherapy, start by discussing it with your attending healthcare provider. While hospitals generally welcome external care providers, there are specific protocols to follow. Here's a straightforward guide: 1. Request an information package from your hospital detailing the process for patients seeking external service providers. 2. Obtain the contact information of the designated individual at the hospital responsible for coordinating external care providers. This should include their phone number, fax number, and email address. Having this information will facilitate effective communication and documentation exchange with us. 3. Once you have the hospital's information package and contact details, reach out to us to discuss your needs or those of your significant other.
