That's why it's important to go in one last time and check things such as appliances, lights, faucets, outlets, if it's a house then you should check heating and cooling. And try not to go the day before the closing but at least 2 or 3 days before, in case there are any issues discovered during the visit to allow you time to deal with these before closing.
