A big thumbs up to our Jersey Mike’s Markham team who raised $3,265 for Make-A-Wish Canada during its grand opening week from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1. At Jersey Mike’s, we're excited to help Make-A-Wish continue its mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Make-A-Wish granted nearly 500 wishes last year in Ontario but many more children are currently waiting for their wishes to be granted. In addition to our fundraising total for Make-A-Wish in Markham, we raised $12,000 during our Month of Giving in March, and we’re looking forward to doing even more when we open our newest location in North York this October!
