Executive Pastry Chef - Middle East- BAHRAIN Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu Development & Innovation: o Develop and design high-end, creative, and seasonal dessert menus that reflect global pastry trends and local tastes. 2. Qualifications: • Culinary Degree with a specialization in pastry arts from a reputable institution. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-end pastry environments, including boutique cafes, Michelin-starred restaurants, or standalone patisseries. • Extensive experience working in both European and Middle Eastern pastry settings. • Proficiency in both modern and traditional pastry techniques, including classic French pastry, Middle Eastern desserts, and contemporary molecular gastronomy. Desired Skills: • Proficiency in languages such as English, French, or Arabic is a plus. • Familiarity with Michelin restaurant standards and boutique café cultures. Climate actions are important investment drivers. - Innovation & A.I.: Nearly 50% of investors prioritize the balance between innovation and A.I. when evaluating whether to invest in a hotel company. Innovation and new ways of doing business are top of mind for stockholders. - Cybersecurity & Innovation: Half of investors view cybersecurity as one of the top threats across all industries today. - Human Resource Capital & Staffing: Investors are relying on management to magically find the right talent.
