On behalf of Research Capital, we would like to extend our congratulations to Fiddlehead Resources, a newly listed upstream #energy company operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Fiddlehead Resources is a Cardium-focused producer with 1,750 boepd of low-decline, high-working interest operated production. The company has significant development upside through the drill bit, with a large inventory of drilling targets and two horizontal wells planned for Q4 2024. Fiddlehead’s shares and warrants are now listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under a ticker symbol FHR. Research Capital’s deal team acted as a sole underwriter and bookrunner of Fiddlehead’s private placement offering that closed on August 29, raising $10.2 million in subscription receipts in addition to $13 million in a secured credit facility completed with a private lender, bringing the gross proceeds to $23.2 million. We look forward to seeing Fiddlehead’s further developments.
